Dr. Lugakingira has been listed by USA Top Dentists Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for twelve consecutive years since 2013, an honor voted for by his peers. He has chaired and participated in multiple boards in the USA including the Indiana Dental Review Board, the Indiana Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Fort Wayne African American Health Care Alliance. He is an active member of state, national, and international professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (ACOMS), and the Isaac Knap District Dental Society (IKDDS) in Fort Wayne. He is a full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with special interest in CT-guided dental implants, single, multiple, to full mouth rehabilitation. He has placed thousands of dental implants. He also performs CT-guided Orthognathic (jaw) reconstructive surgery, sinus lifts, IV sedation, and other advanced oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures. His practices; “Fort Wayne Oral Maxillofacial Surgery & Implant Center” with three locations, and the new “Simba Dental” all in USA. He also maintains full admitting hospital privileges as a surgeon at Dupont hospital and Lutheran hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
